Here we have a Victorian 1890s red and black skirt waist in a fine wool . The piece is classically made with a lining , metal stays , front and back, narrow sleeves, and a billowy front .
The piece is wearable but does have some things to mention. There are a few small holes on front and back and a slightly larger hole in folds of front panels ( not seen) . I am able to send these pics in an email .
The piece was measured across and doubled laid flat : 30" bust/ 24" waist ( lower ribs) 11" shoulders / 15" length . This is a great display piece , the colors are vibrant
