Victorian 1860s Jacket Black Plaid

1860s Civil War Era cropped jacket .
The fabric is a black plaid pattern with a sheen to it . The jacket is double fabric same inside and out . Fitted back and loose front , short caped sleeves , there is a soutach lace trim around neckline, sleeve and hemline with florets on either side of neck and top and bottom center on back. The back has a notch that would sit above the bustle of the skirt.
The condition is nice . The piece is small ( modern size 4 possible ) I have measured it across the back as that is where it is fitted : 32-34" bust/ 15" shoulders/ 12" length/ 12" sleeve.
