50s Compact Cigarette Evening Purse Basketweave

Here we have an early 1950s Compact / Cigarette Case Evening Purse in unused condition .

The piece is a shiny gold metal in a basketweave pattern , with a fat serpentine chain handle and an attached lipstick tube. There are 2 compartments , the cigarette case and the compact case. There is a mirror , powder compartment and a small comb in a black case on side .

The condition is unused , very light minimal wear from age .

The piece measures 4 " x 3" x 7/8" . With the lipstick on side it is 4.75" width .
